Students in Forms 6 to 11 participated in the first House Competition Day of the year on Friday, 24th November. The day was planned with the Form 12 House Captains and incorporated student feedback to try to make it as fun and engaging as possible.
Activities took place between OBS and an offsite sports pavilion throughout the day and included a range of sporting and non-sporting competitions. Sports included cricket, volleyball, basketball and football. Other activities ranged from design competitions, house-based drama advertisements, music videos, chess, board games, a STEM challenge that involved building a castle, a ‘where in the world?’ challenge and an eco-challenge.
The creativity evident in the work our students produced were outstanding, and the competition was fierce. At the end of the day Windsor finished in first place with Bragança and Lancaster in second and third respectively.
