The International Duke of Edinburgh participants of 2022-2023 have successfully completed their qualifying adventurous journey! 

 
With the support of Mr O´Keeffe, Mr Bridges, Mrs Sellers, Mr Payne and Miss Smith, 42 Form 9-11s put their skills to the test. The journey took place in the mountains of the Serra da Estrela. Everyone camped (including teachers) for one or two nights, cooked and used their navigation skills to hike from and to different points. 
 
The journeys were challenging: students were met by steep inclines, rough terrain and various obstacles both physical and mental. Together they worked incredibly well in their teams. All stayed positive and it was fantastic to see the support they provided for each other.
