Student leadership, empowerment and accountability are central to the ethos of the school and an essential element is developing our school values amongst the student body.
This process begins in primary and develops into an operational contribution as pupils progress through middle years and into Forms 11 and 12. There are positions in every year group and stage of the school. A democratic student council meets regularly in both the Primary and Secondary Schools. Digital Leaders help peers with technology, Primary Monitors have a supportive role over a younger class; Mentors, Junior Prefects as well as Prefect positions all combine to ensure everyone has the opportunity to develop leadership within a supportive environment.
