To mark the 650th anniversary of the Portugal-UK Alliance, Primary students designed a huge ‘650’ display with reflections of what friendship means to them. It is a bond that goes beyond shared interests and common goals. It is a reflection of authenticity, loyalty, and understanding. For the youngest, friendship means having someone who accepts you for who you are, flaws and all, and still chooses to be by your side.
The Headmaster delivered a talk to Secondary students, walking them through the highlights and challenges of a centuries-old friendship – like all friendships, not without its triumphs but disagreements too!
