Form 10 attended Basic Life Support training at Hospital das Forças Armadas with Mr. O’ Keeffe, Mrs. Robertson and Miss Smith.

Students learned how to: deliver CPR; use a defibrillator; safely put someone in the recovery position and how to save someone when they are choking.

The day ended with a delicious serving of duck rice for lunch! A special thank you to Dr. António Moura (father of Afonso and Henrique Moura) for offering to run this session us.
