OBS celebrated Children’s Day on Wednesday 1st June in a number of ways.
As usual, it was a nonuniform day for the whole of the OBS school community, with a preference for wearing red. The children had the opportunity to buy a red nose and all money raised was to the Portuguese charity Associação Nariz Vermelho.
As we reflect on what a difficult year this has been for many, we decided to support the organisation Slava. This is a recently formed charity which provides vital support for the Ukrainian families who find themselves displaced in Porto.
