During the last week of the term 20 Form 9 and 10 students took to the slopes in Andorra to practise their skiing as part of their IGCSE PE practical.  We were blessed with fresh snow and sunny days although the drop in temperature was a bit of a shock from Porto´s warm December days.  The students enjoyed some excellent teaching from local instructors, spending 5 hours a day in lessons.  Their skiing improved enormously, and they had a wonderful time to boot.  Our best skiers were given the opportunity to show their skills and the beginners learned to parallel turn after just one day on the slopes.
