On May 5th, our whole school gathered at the Leça da Palmeira Sports Complex for an exhilarating Sports Day filled with athletics, track and field events, and indoor team games. The atmosphere was electric as students, teachers, and parents came together to celebrate sportsmanship and teamwork.

The day kicked off with a series of track and field events, where students demonstrated their speed, strength, and agility. From sprints to long jumps, the performances were outstanding, with many students achieving personal bests. The indoor team games added another layer of excitement, with teams competing fiercely in handball and Ultimate.
One of the highlights of the day was the hotly contested parent race. Parents demonstrated their competitive spirit and athletic prowess, much to the delight of the cheering crowd. It was a fantastic display of community involvement and support.

Throughout the day, the spirit of camaraderie and teamwork was evident. Students encouraged each other, celebrated victories, and showed resilience in the face of challenges. The overall winner of the day was Bragança, whose consistent performances and team spirit earned them the top spot. Sports Day was a memorable event that highlighted the importance of physical activity, teamwork, and community. Congratulations to all participants for their remarkable efforts!
